WHAT IS WALK2FIT?
Walk2Fit is an indoor, music-inspired class that uses the MAXERRUNNER, a unique self-powered treadmill that can be adjusted for incline and resistance and recreates the outside walking. Classes are geared to a full range of fitness levels from a beginners class with a moderate pace, to classes for advanced training.
With this cardio and fat-burning workout, you achieve a higher heart rate than outdoor walking and burn hundreds of calories a session. Powering the treadmill yourself, you build strength, increase bone density, and improve your balance.
Our classes are safe and perfect for any age and training level. Our equipment does not use electricity it is self-powered, so there is no risk of falling or injuries.
10 minutes of soft walking to a moderate pace of 60 to 70 steps per minute. Includes 5 minutes of stretching exercises after the walk.
15 minutes of walking to a medium pace of 65 to 75 steps per minute. Includes 5 minutes of stretching exercises after the walk.
20 minutes of walking to a brisk pace of 80 to 90 steps per minute. Includes 5 minutes of stretching exercises after the walk.
